At Total Solutions, our team’s talent and dedication drive our success. Today, we introduce Zach Gatton, our Marketing Director, who brings innovative strategies and a deep understanding of entrepreneurial motivations to our marketing services. Total Solutions offers comprehensive marketing solutions, including digital marketing, branding, and strategic planning, tailored to help small businesses grow and succeed.

###### **New Service Idea**

If Zach could introduce a new service at Total Solutions, it would be tax accounting, providing comprehensive financial solutions to our clients and further simplifying their business operations.

###### **Perspective Shift**

Working at Total Solutions has shifted Zach’s perspective on entrepreneurs and their motivations, deepening his appreciation for the passion and drive that business owners bring to their ventures.

###### **Role Swap Dream**

Zach would swap roles with Sarah Kramer for a week, though he humorously admits clients might not appreciate his guidance, highlighting his respect for diverse roles within the company.

###### **Dream Partnership**

Zach would love to partner with Hy-Vee and Total Solutions’ clients on a food drive, reflecting his commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.

###### **Total Solutions: The Movie**

Imagining Total Solutions as a comedy, Zach sees Ryan Reynolds playing his role, bringing humor and charisma to his day-to-day work.

###### **Hobby Aspirations**

Zach dreams of becoming an expert in video production, a skill that aligns with his marketing expertise and could enhance the creative content produced by Total Solutions.

###### **Perfect Weekend**

Zach’s ideal weekend includes an early morning tee time, lunch with his family, a stress-free Hawkeye football win, and a big gathering of friends and family for dinner and fireworks.

###### **Ultimate Comfort Food**

Zach’s ultimate comfort food is deep dish pizza from Lou Malnati’s, a famous Chicago pizzeria known for its delicious, hearty pies.

###### **Favorite Fictional Universe**

Given a choice, Zach would live in the “Ted Lasso” universe, where good things happen to good people, reflecting his positive outlook.

###### **Favorite Album**

If Zach had to listen to one album for the rest of his life, it would be “Chief” by Eric Church, known for its compelling mix of country rock tracks.
