The Growth Project of the Quad Cities is a new nonprofit dedicated to helping teens and young adults as they transition into the workforce. Through job placements, mentorship, and professional development classes, they give young professionals the tools and support they need to build fulfilling careers and bright futures. 

As a brand-new organization, The Growth Project of the Quad Cities came to Total Solutions with a powerful vision, but no logo, no branding, and no website., They needed a place to share their mission, raise awareness, and guide supporters to take action. We stepped in to help bring their identity to life. 

The Challenge

The Growth Project of the Quad Cities didn't have an existing site, branding, or content yet. All they had was a passion for serving young adults and a desire to make a difference in the Quad Cities. 

Their challenge was to define who they are, how they speak about their mission, and how to present themselves online. Our job was to help them do all of that from scratch. 

The Process

We began with the essentials: a logo, a color palette, and typography that felt empowering, supportive, and optimistic. At the same time, we worked closely with the client to define their messaging and tone. Which is professional but warm, helpful but driven. 

With no existing content to guide the structure, we built the site in a way that told a clear story: what The Growth Project does, who they serve, and how others can get involved in their mission. Alongside the core information, we added:

  • A donation portal to support their mission

  • A "Get Involved" page for volunteers, partners, and sponsors

  • Links to social media accounts that we helped set up

Throughout the process, we offered guidance, ideas, and structure. We ensured that even with limited input, the final product would align with their goals. 

The Outcome

The finished website gives The Growth Project of the Quad Cities a polished and mission-driven online presence that matches the heart behind the work. Visitors can now learn about their services, donate, or reach out to become a partner. All through a clean and easy-to-navigate platform. 

The client was excited to have a place to send people and was proud of the way their story was being told. With the foundation in place, they are now able to focus on growth, knowing that their digital presence reflects the impact they are working to make.
