In social media marketing, a boosted post is a post that you put money behind in order to increase the number of people who will see it. Usually boosting a post allows you to target specific demographics. This allows you to reach those who may be more likely to be interested in your services.
The number of times your ad or content is displayed on a screen. For example – the same user could be served your ad three times – that would count as three impressions.
The total number of individual people who have seen your ad. For example – if three users each see your ad three times then the reach would be 3 (three users!).
The number of interactions (reactions, shares, comments) that a social media post receives. This metric is so important, as a result, it will let you know how well your marketing is attracting the interest of the audience.
A directive which invites the audience to perform a desired reaction. Examples might be ‘Call today!’, ‘Start your free trial’, or ‘click here to learn more’. CTAs can appear as a button, text, image, etc.
